Wanxiang Building is the regional operation and management headquarters of Wanxiang Group, located in the prime location along the Huangpu River in Pudong, Shanghai. It is adjacent to the Customs Building in the east and extends to Lujiazui West Road in the south. The total land area is 9,543.03 square meters. It is planned to be constructed as an office building with a total construction area of 42,444.27 square meters, including 19 floors above ground with a total construction area of 29,057.64 square meters and three floors underground with a total construction area of 13,386.93 square meters. The podium building above ground consists of three floors, with the first floor being a three-story bank lobby, the second floor being bank business rooms and offices, and the third floor being a multi-function hall and staff canteen. The tower building is 4-19 floors of office space. The civil air defense is located in the third basement.
